Siesgst Cover Letter

Dear Registrar, I am writing to let you know that I will be unable to pay my tuition fees in full by the due date of 10th July. I am requesting that you allow me to pay half of my fees by 20th July instead. The reason for this request is that I am visiting my village for a short period of time and will not have access to the internet or other means of payment. I understand that this may be disruptive to the smooth running of the college, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I would be very grateful if you could allow me to pay my fees in this way.
