Primary Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction projects at various stages
including concepting
design
active construction
and commissioning. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. Ensure disciplined capital allocation through ROI assessments of use-of-space and prioritization of occupation. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources
including venders
contractors
and developers. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize return on capital. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues
as necessary
according to project work plan. Must-haves: A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically six to eight (6-8) or more years of relevant experience; higher level degree may substitute for experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education. Advanced knowledge and experience with project and/or construction management Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative
fast-paced environment. Preferred: Understanding of Real Estate principles and lease administration Certified as a Project Management Professional Self-starter and a problem solver; must have the ability to see the big picture and implement changes as required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others
