Dear Bob, I am writing to apply for the position of Vocational & Independence Pathway Lead at SENse Learning. I am a qualified and experienced teacher, and have spent the last five years working in special educational needs. In my current role, I lead a team of teachers and support staff who work with pupils with a range of needs, including those on the autistic spectrum, those with physical disabilities and those with complex learning difficulties. I am passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with special educational needs, and I believe that my skills and experience make me the perfect candidate for this role. I am knowledgeable about a range of different teaching approaches and am able to adapt my teaching to meet the individual needs of my pupils. I have a good understanding of the curriculum and am able to deliver engaging and motivating lessons. I am also experienced in behaviour management, and have a calm and patient approach. I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to SENse Learning, and I look forward to the opportunity to use my skills and experience to help the organisation to achieve its aims.
