I am writing in regards to the open Guest Service Representative position. I saw the posting on Indeed and feel that I would be a great fit for the position.
I have a strong customer service background, having worked in customer service for the past 5 years. I have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. I am able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner and work to resolve issues. I am also familiar with handling cash and credit card transactions.
I am excited about the opportunity to work for the Seattle Aquarium. I have always been interested in marine life and conservation and feel that this would be a great opportunity to learn more and be a part of a great team. I am eager to use my skills to contribute to the Aquarium and provide excellent customer service to guests.
