Dear Director, I am writing in regards to the Helpline Coordinator position at Samaritans Inc. I am excited about this role as it is a perfect match for my skillset and interests. I have a bachelor's degree in social work and a strong background in customer service. I have worked in customer service for many years and have always enjoyed helping people. I am patient, empathetic, and have a great deal of experience dealing with difficult situations. In addition to my customer service experience, I have also volunteered with several organizations that provide support to people in need.
