including the use of Cabinet Vision software. Ensure the showroom is updated
well-organized

and effectively showcases our cabinet products. Develop and implement training programs for the sales team on product knowledge

and sales techniques. Drive marketing plans
budget
and execution. Own New Product Development Process funnel and collect market and team data for product line additions and changes. Own and improve Sales & Design score card metrics and compensation plans. Manage company pipeline and forecast future orders to set company cadence. Other duties as assigned.
