Hello RSPCA NSW, I am writing in regards to the Contact Centre Representative position that is currently open. After reading through the job description and requirements, I am confident that I am the ideal candidate for this role. Not only do I have experience working in customer service and call centres, but I also have a genuine passion for animals and their welfare. I have been an animal lover my whole life, and have always been drawn to helping them in any way possible. This position would allow me to do just that. I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, and I pride myself on being able to diffusing difficult situations and providing solutions. I am patient, efficient and have a friendly demeanour, which I believe would be an asset in this role. I am also fluent in Spanish, which could be beneficial in dealing with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds.
