Dear Residence Department, I am Thandile Adonisi and I am interested in the position of Residence Student Assistants (RSAs). I am a good communicator, team player, deadline driven, problem solver, critical thinker, and patient. I have the ability to work well under pressure and I am able to think on my feet. I am also a quick learner and I am able to adapt to new situations easily. I am interested in this position because it will allow me to use my skills to help students in the residence halls. I am also interested in this position because it will give me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people.
