Dear Consulate General,
I am writing this letter with great enthusiasm and excitement to request for a visa to visit South Korea for my upcoming wedding to my fiancée, who is a US Army personnel stationed at K-16 (Seoul Air Base). As we embark on this new journey together, I am eager to be by my fiancée's side and celebrate this special occasion in South Korea.
My name is Jheann and I am currently employed as a Guest Service Officer at Philippines Airasia Inc. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 5 years now and have gained extensive experience in providing exceptional customer service. I have attached my Certificate of Employment, Income Tax Return, and ID as supporting documents to showcase my current employment and financial stability.
I have always been drawn to the culture and beauty of South Korea, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to visit this beautiful country. The prospect of getting married in South Korea, surrounded by its rich culture and breathtaking scenery, is a dream come true for both me and my fiancée. We have been planning this wedding for months and have made all necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and memorable event.
I understand that the visa process can be a lengthy and complicated one, but I assure you that my intentions for this trip are purely for the wedding ceremony and to be with my fiancée. I have no intention of overstaying my visa or causing any trouble during my stay in South Korea. I am a law-abiding citizen and have a clean record.
After the wedding ceremony in South Korea, we plan to return to the Philippines to have our Catholic Church wedding ceremony, where all our families will be present to witness this joyous event. This union is of great importance to both of us and we are hoping for your understanding and assistance in granting the necessary visa for me to be able to travel and be with my fiancée during this important milestone.
I have done my research on the Republic of Korea and I am impressed by the country's rapid growth and advancements in various fields. The company's dedication towards maintaining strong diplomatic relationships with other countries, including the Philippines, is commendable. I am particularly drawn to the company's vision of fostering mutual understanding and cooperation between nations.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for several years, I have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am confident that these skills, combined with my passion for providing exceptional customer service, will be an asset to the Republic of Korea. I am also fluent in English and have a basic understanding of Korean, which will allow me to communicate effectively with the locals and immerse myself in their culture.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for taking the time to review my application. I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding the status of my visa application. I am eagerly waiting to embark on this journey and be reunited with my fiancée in South Korea.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Sincerely,
Jheann
