I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, which I believe will be beneficial in this role. In addition, my background in psychology has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide emotional support to young individuals. I am a compassionate and empathetic listener, and I have a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the needs of others. I am also trained in various communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and effective communication. I am confident that these skills will enable me to build strong relationships with the youth and their families, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members. Furthermore, I am proficient in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office. I am detail-oriented and organized, which allows me to effectively document and track progress and outcomes of my interactions with the youth. I am also skilled in time management, and I am able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of my work. What I find most appealing about this particular position at Remedi is the focus on restorative justice and the use of creative and innovative techniques to support and empower young individuals. I am excited about the opportunity to work closely with schools and community partners, as well as collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop personalized plans for each youth.
