Dear HR Manager, I am writing in regards to the Age Care Volunteer Scheme position advertised with Red Cross Volunteering. I am confident that I have the skills and attributes required for this role, and I am eager to put my skills to use in a volunteer capacity. I have a strong interest in working with the elderly, and I believe that volunteering in an age care setting would be a highly rewarding experience. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I am a very empathetic person. I am confident that I could provide excellent support to elderly clients in an age care setting. I am based in Hunter, NSW, but I am willing to travel to other locations within Australia if required.
