I am confident that I can provide the support and guidance needed to help them be successful in their new roles. I have a strong interest in supporting new graduate nurses as they transition into the workforce. I am passionate about helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide high quality patient care. I am also committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
