I am able to handle difficult customer service inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner. I am also experienced in managing a team of customer service representatives. In my current role as a customer service supervisor, I am responsible for managing a team of 15 representatives. I have successfully implemented new customer service procedures that have improved customer satisfaction levels.
