One of the things that I particularly like about this position is the opportunity to work with PreK-5 students and teachers within school settings. Having had experience working with this age group in the past, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of working with young learners. I am confident that my experience and skills in customer support, combined with my understanding of this age group, would allow me to provide the best possible support to your clients.
Additionally, I am a self-starter who takes pride in my attention to detail. I am constantly seeking ways to improve processes and find more efficient ways to complete tasks. I am also a strong communicator, both verbally and in written form.
