As a former customer service representative, I have a strong foundation in providing excellent support to customers and partners. I am also well-versed in the onboarding process, having onboarded several new employees in my previous role. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, and have proven time and time again that I am capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. I am confident that I can use my project management skills to successfully onboard Quick Text Pay’s partners.
