As a queer person myself, I am passionate about supporting and uplifting queer communities. I have worked extensively with queer youth in both formal and informal settings, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of this population. I am confident that I can provide queer youth with the support and guidance they need to thrive. In addition to my work with queer youth, I have also been heavily involved in developing and implementing programming for queer adults. I have a strong understanding of the needs of queer adults and am confident that I can develop innovative and impactful programming that meets those needs. I am also experienced in program evaluation and have a keen eye for detail, which will be essential in ensuring that programs are running smoothly and effectively. I believe that I have the perfect skillset for the Program Director position at Queer Collective. I am passionate about supporting queer communities and have a deep understanding of the needs of queer youth and adults.
