I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years in a variety of roles. I have a deep understanding of the issues faced by those with mental health problems and I am very passionate about helping others to overcome these challenges. I am also a qualified trainer and have extensive experience in delivering training programs to both mental health professionals and to those who have lived experience of mental illness.
