Moreover, my strong background in behaviour management has equipped me with the skills to effectively handle and address any behavioral issues that may arise. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and have found great success in implementing restorative practices to promote positive behavior and relationships among students. I am also well-versed in the school’s policies and procedures and have a proven track record in implementing them with consistency and fairness.
In addition to my skills in pastoral care and behaviour management, I am confident in my ability to lead and manage a team. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities to lead and coordinate various initiatives such as professional development sessions, extracurricular activities and parent-teacher conferences. My strong communication and interpersonal skills have allowed me to effectively collaborate with colleagues and parents, and I am excited about the opportunity to work with the dedicated staff at Queen Elizabeth II High School to continue to promote a positive and successful learning environment.
