After much contemplation, I realized that while I chose medical assisting to help people, it did not provide me with the instant gratification I craved. I wanted to be able to make a direct impact on someone's life, and that is when I decided to volunteer as a dental assistant. It was incredibly fulfilling to see the immediate difference I could make in a patient's life, but unfortunately, I encountered some unethical doctors that made me question my career path in the dental field. It was then that I discovered my true passion for customer service. When I moved to Las Vegas in 2021, I joined Cox Communications as a Retention Specialist. In this role, I have been able to build strong relationships with customers, sell products, and most importantly, lay a solid foundation for both the company and myself. I have been recognized as the best of the best for seven consecutive months, meeting and exceeding all monthly quotas. This has earned me the title of a top performer and a well-deserved all-inclusive trip to Maui for myself and my spouse. This experience has shown me the potential for growth and success within a company, and I am eager to continue that growth with Premiere.
