Permission For Allowing To Study Out Of Town Cover Letter

Dear Head of department, I am writing to you to request permission to study out of town for the upcoming semester. I have been a student at this university for the past two years and have consistently performed well in my academics. I am confident that I can continue to do well even if I am studying out of town. There are a few reasons why I am requesting to study out of town. Firstly, I have relatives who live in the city where the university is located and it would be easier for me to stay with them. Secondly, the city has a lot to offer in terms of internship and job opportunities, which would help me in my career development. Lastly, I have already made friends in the city and I would like to continue to stay in touch with them. I am confident that I will be able to manage my academics as well as my extracurricular activities even if I am studying out of town. I have always been a responsible student and have always taken my studies seriously. I am also involved in a number of extracurricular activities on campus and have held leadership positions in a few of them. I am confident that I will be able to manage my time well and will not let my studies suffer. I would be grateful if you could consider my request and give me permission to study out of town for the upcoming semester.
