As the Director of Finance, I understand the importance of effectively communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders. In my current role, I have worked closely with department heads to create and manage budgets, and have presented financial reports to senior management and the board of directors. I am a natural leader and have managed and mentored a team of financial analysts, guiding them to achieve their goals and consistently meet deadlines. Furthermore, I am highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment. I am comfortable working under pressure and have proven my ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality. I am a quick learner and am always willing to take on new challenges and expand my knowledge and skills. I am also impressed by People's Light's commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
