Hello, I am writing in regards to the open Shift Leader position at Penny Ice Creamery. I am excited to apply for this role as it seems like a perfect match for my skills and interests. I am a bilingual (Spanish) speaker with experience in customer service and leadership. I have worked in customer service for over 4 years, and have been in a management/leadership position for the past 2 years. I am confident in my ability to provide excellent customer service, as well as lead and motivate a team. I am also familiar with the food service industry, as I have worked in a few restaurants in the past. I am looking for a part-time role, and my preference would be to work in-store.
