Performance Areas: Specific key performance areas will include: • Infrastructure Management: Overall responsibility for the infrastructure Department including ensuring proactive and reactive maintenance of all park infrastructure facilities including management and tourism facilities and buildings; water and energy services; roads; fencing and other Park infrastructure. Project Management and oversight of external contractor services and construction of new infrastructures. • Workshop Management: Overall responsibility of the workshop function including: Manage and plan the daily operations of the workshop; Tracking
management and reporting of all vehicle repair and proactive and reactive maintenance activities; Efficient stock controls and spares and supplies management; Monitoring
managing
investigating and reporting on the vehicle trackers; Ensuring effective housekeeping and safety; Leading and motivating the workshop and service staff to always ensure an efficient and effective operations. • Fuel Management: Manage fuel stock and control the delivery and dispensing of fuel. Monitor and act on deviations to fuel records and fuel utilisation by all vehicles and assets and mitigate fuel theft. • Tourism Management: Responsible for complete oversight of tourism operations and facilities including Stock management and creating systems to manage consumables; Maintaining and improving standards for cleanliness and maintenance at all tourism facilities and sites and front of house services and personnel; Provide advice on LNP Tourism development including development of tourism concessions and facilities (e.g.
locations for roads and camps)
