Dear Whomever it may concern, I am writing to apply for the position of Caretaker II with Parkland School Division. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with Parkland School Division and am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role. As a caretaker, I am responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the school. My duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. I also empty the trash, clean the windows, and do any other tasks that are necessary to keep the school clean. In addition to cleaning, I also have experience in light maintenance and can do things such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues. I am a hard worker who takes pride in my work. I am reliable and always take the initiative to get the job done. I am also adaptable and can easily adjust to new situations.
