My current role as a Product Development Manager at Hotondo Homes has given me extensive experience in the intricacies of volume building design. With the new NCC-22 changes coming into effect in October, I have successfully managed the update of all master plans to comply with the new regulations. I have also been responsible for managing 3 in-house documenters and 2 outsourced drafting contractors. My experience working in a contract with Gruen Eco Design has also provided me with a new learning experience in "Passive Home Design," and I am well-equipped to apply any changes regarding 7-star rating requirements. One of my proudest achievements in my career has been managing my own project as an owner-builder. From design to construction, I have successfully overseen all aspects of the project, including obtaining planning and building permits and coordinating engineering and energy reports. This experience has further fueled my passion for the building industry, and I am eager to continue growing and developing in this field.
