I am writing in regards to the Customer Support Specialist position. After looking through the job description, I feel that I would be the perfect candidate for this role.
I have excellent communication skills, which I believe are key in a customer support role. I am also a team player, and have experience working with various software products. I am confident in my ability to provide support to customers through inbound and outbound calls. In addition, I have excellent reporting skills.
