you will: • provide a variety of executive and administrative support services to the Director (e.g. calendar management
coordinating meeting materials
identifying branch priority items
tracking and actioning correspondence and approvals
ordering supplies and equipment
proofreading materials
assisting with HR-related tasks such as preparation of temporary assignment agreements

onboarding and offboarding of staff etc.) • serve as a liaison with senior management offices in other areas of the ministry • coordinate
action and track deliverables and approvals for the branch • monitor and track branch assets • liaise with Indigenous partners on behalf of the branch • lead or participate on corporate branch projects What you bring to the team Administrative and organizational skills: • experience providing coordination and administrative support to an executive office including calendar management and day-to-day operations in a complex and high-paced environment; • organizational skills and ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision to complete multiple tasks within tight time frames; • you can develop and implement a range of tools and resources to be able to track
action and coordinate a high volume of active files and approvals in a complex and fluid environment in order to meet deadlines; • financial and human resources administration skills to process expense claims
