Onafriq is ushering in a new era of access for people across the African continent and beyond. The Role We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Baxi Operation team
who will be responsible for Platform monitoring
and issue resolutions on transactions. As a core member of the team
the Senior Operations Analyst will report to the V.P Operations/Head of internal Operations and work closely with relevant key stakeholders. We are seeking candidates with three to five years of experience as a Senior Operations Support analyst. The successful candidate must be passionate about his job

Nigeria. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitoring and adequately escalating downtime on all platforms. Monitoring and adequate communication downtime to the team and Partners. Updating of transactions and Queries. Acknowledge and adequate response of all issues escalated to the team through the various channel (skype
slack
emails
e.t.c) Manage and support Baxi products (Value-Added Services
Cash-In Cash-Out and Other related products). Collate response code / transaction logs and escalate to service provider/ developers. Working with programmers
engineers
product managers and management heads to identify and resolve product / service and transactional issues. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree/HND Certificate in any field. 3 to 5 years’ Experience as an operation analyst in a fintech Company Proficient in using of MS tools. Experience working in fin/tech a plus. Desired skills: Clearly conveying findings
both written and orally
to non-technical stakeholders. Critical thinking: The ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on findings. Able to work in a complex

and handle ambiguity effectively
