Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing in regards to the Digital Organizing Fellow position at NY Renews. I am immensely passionate about environmental justice and excited to apply my skills to help further the mission of NY Renews. As a digital organizing fellow, I would be able to utilize my skills in research, writing, and communication to help build the power of the grassroots climate movement in New York. I am passionate about environmental justice and excited to help build the movement to transition New York to a 100% renewable energy future. I have a strong background in research and writing, having worked as a research assistant at a think tank and as a freelance writer for a variety of publications. I am also an excellent communicator, having worked as a community organizer and a teaching assistant. In these roles, I have developed strong relationships with a wide range of people and have honed my ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. I am confident that I have the skills and experience needed to be a successful Digital Organizing Fellow at NY Renews.
