Dear Sir or Madam, I am interested in the Executive Director of Graduate Enrollment position at Northern Illinois University. In addition, I would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as high school counselors, graduate program directors, and alumni. I am confident that I have the skills and experience needed to be successful in this role. I have a proven track record of increasing enrollment at the institutions where I have worked. I am also familiar with the NIU community, having worked as a graduate admissions counselor at the university for three years. In addition, I have strong relationships with key stakeholders in the NIU community. I am excited about the possibility of joining the NIU team and contributing to the university's success.
