My role has involved collaborating with various stakeholders such as students, faculty, and staff to ensure that individuals with disabilities have equal access to educational and employment opportunities. I have also been responsible for conducting needs assessments and developing individualized plans to address the specific needs of each individual. This has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage complex situations and find solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
