I have been actively involved in the arts since a young age and have honed my skills through various experiences. I have an extensive background in acting and performing, having participated in numerous stage productions and short films. This has not only allowed me to develop my skills as a performer, but also as a team player and leader. I strongly believe that the arts have the power to build confidence, promote collaboration, and foster creativity in children, and I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences with them. In addition to my performing skills, I have a keen eye for photography and videography. I have worked on several projects, both independently and collaboratively, and have gained expertise in video editing. I am confident that I can bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the after school programs at NIA Community Services, utilizing my skills to help children explore and express their creativity through photography and videography. My proficiency in music production is another aspect that I believe will be an asset in this role. I have a deep understanding of music theory and am well-versed in various genres. I have also taught guitar lessons to children in the past, and it brings me great joy to see them develop a love for music. With my advanced knowledge in this field, I am confident in my ability to teach and inspire young musicians at NIA Community Services. Apart from my artistic skills, I am also fluent in English and have conversational proficiency in Spanish.
