the Customer Services Officer takes calls and answers emails in support of our customers checking in on their parcel deliveries. As part of a team well-versed in service excellence
you’ll also collaborate with our operations team and courier drivers in locating parcels
working towards the shared goal of ensuring customers’ freight is getting where it needs to be. This is a permanent role
working Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm and rostered Saturday 8-12pm. Key responsibilities include Handling customer queries via phone and email Processing of misdirected/undeliverable freight Creating innovative logistic solution and implementing them efficiently through clear communication.
