Hello Ms. McCoy, I am interested in the Director of Magnet Pathways position at New London Public Schools. This position is appealing to me for several reasons. First, I have a strong background in education. I have a Master’s Degree in Education and I have been working in the field of education for the past 10 years. I have a proven track record of success in the classroom and in school administration. Second, I am passionate about working with diverse populations of students. I believe that all students deserve a quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. I have experience working with students from a variety of backgrounds, and I believe that I can be an asset to the Magnet Pathways program.
