I am confident that these skills will be an asset in effectively managing crisis situations in the role of a SET CAMHS Crisis Mental Health Worker. Furthermore, I have a strong academic background in psychology and have completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My education has equipped me with a solid theoretical foundation, which I have been able to apply in my practical work. I am also a licensed mental health counselor and have completed several trainings and workshops on topics such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family therapy. I am a strong believer in continuous learning and I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in the mental health field. What I find most appealing about NELFT is its commitment towards providing holistic care to individuals and families. I truly admire the organization's approach of incorporating both traditional and innovative methods in mental health treatment. This aligns with my belief that every individual has unique needs and requires an individualized approach to treatment.
