Hello NCSS, I am writing in regards to the behavior interventionalist position. I am excited to apply and believe that I have the perfect skillset for this role. Through my years of experience working with children, I have developed strong behavior management skills. I am patient and understand that every child is different and requires a different approach. I am confident in my ability to create individualized behavior plans that will be effective in addressing the child's specific needs. In addition to my behavior management skills, I am also proficient in data collection and analysis. I am comfortable using a variety of data collection tools and have experience analyzing data to inform instruction. I am confident that I can use data to effectively monitor a child's progress and make necessary adjustments to their behavior plan. I am excited about the opportunity to utilize my skills in behavior intervention to help children reach their full potential. I believe that I can be an asset to NCSS and look forward to contributing to your team.
