Dear Dr. Kyla Armstrong-Romero, I am interested in the position of Community Justice Manager- Juvenile Services with Multnomah County Department of Community Justice. I have a passion for working with youth and have spent the last several years working in various capacities with youth in the juvenile justice system. In addition to my work with youth, I also have experience working with adults in the community.
