Dear Chief Ross, I am interested in the position of Fire Lieutenant with MTAA. This position intrigues me because of the opportunity to lead a team and help others in the community. I have experience as a firefighter and have also served as a captain with the local fire department. I have the necessary skills and knowledge to be an effective leader.
