To Whom This May Concern,
Greetings to all the hard-working folks at Mish!
I hope this letter finds you doing well and indulging in your daily dose of coffee and laughter. I came across your job posting for the position of Customer Service Administrator and I couldn’t help but feel like this job was made for me. I mean, I’m pretty sure my name is Angela Cummings, but I could be wrong. Either way, I’m excited to tell you why I think I’m the perfect fit for this role.
First off, let me just say how much I love the name Mish. It’s short, sweet, and has a certain charm to it. And after learning more about your company, I can see why it’s called Mish. You guys are all about spreading joy and fun through your beautiful lights and homewares. And let’s not forget Mish Fundraising, supplying fun products to non-profits in Aotearoa. I mean, who wouldn’t want to work for a company that brings joy and helps others at the same time? Sign me up!
Now, let’s get to the nitty-gritty. As someone who has a love for all things bright and beautiful, I can confidently say that I have the skills to be a stellar Customer Service Administrator for Mish. I have a clear command of English, and I even know a few phrases in te reo rangatira. Ka pai, right? I’m also competent on a computer and can navigate my way through MS Office and Google Suite with ease. And let’s not forget about my friendly phone manner – I’ve been told that I sound like a ray of sunshine on the other end of the line.
But wait, there’s more! I have previous experience in customer service and administration, which makes me a perfect fit for this role. I have a knack for problem-solving and multitasking, which comes in handy when dealing with orders and inquiries from customers. And with my experience in CRM, inventory, and Xero, I’m confident that I can handle any task thrown my way. Oh, and did I mention that I also have a full NZ driver’s license? I’m not just good at answering phones and sending emails, I can also drive a car. I’m basically a multitasking queen.
Now, let’s talk about the tasks and responsibilities of this role. I love that you have a small hard-working team at Mish, and I can already imagine how much fun it must be to work with you all. As someone who loves to work hard and have a good time, I can assure you that I’ll fit right in. Plus, I’m a pro at time management, so I’ll make sure to finish my work and join in on the coffee and lunch breaks whenever possible. As for the tasks, I’m more than capable of supporting customers with orders and inquiries, recording and entering sales and shipment data, and helping out with general administrative tasks to support my colleagues. And let’s not forget about website maintenance support – I’m a tech-savvy person who loves to keep things organized and running smoothly.
I’m also thrilled to hear that this is a part-time role. As much as I’d love to work for you full time, I also have a passion for traveling and exploring new places. However, I would prefer to work in your Waltham Christchurch location. I’ve always been a fan of Christchurch, and I would love to be a part of the Mish team in this beautiful city.
I have to say, I’m really excited about this particular position at Mish. I can already envision myself working with such a fun and driven team, and I know that I can bring my skills and enthusiasm to the table. I’m ready to jump right in and help deliver and maintain great customer service for Stellar Haus and Mish Fundraising.
I would love the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experience further with you. Thank you for considering me for this role. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Warm Regards,
