In addition to my coaching experience, I also have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. These academic achievements have provided me with a strong foundation in sports science and have helped me develop a deeper understanding of the physical and mental demands of being an athlete. I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, which allows me to design individualized training programs for athletes at all levels. I am also highly skilled in utilizing various coaching techniques and strategies to help athletes reach their full potential. I have a track record of developing successful game plans and making necessary adjustments during games to ensure the team's success. I am confident that my knowledge and experience will be an asset to the Millsaps College athletic program. Furthermore, I am highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. I have experience managing team schedules, coordinating team travel, and effectively communicating with players, coaches, and staff. I am also proficient in using various technology and software programs to analyze game footage and statistical data to help identify areas for improvement and develop game strategies. Most importantly, I am passionate about developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential.
