I was excited to see this position advertised as it combines two of my passions – helping others to learn and grow, and working remotely. I have over 10 years’ experience in mentoring and coaching others, both in a formal setting such as a classroom, and informally as a mentor and coach to friends and colleagues. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and develop, and it is my mission in life to help others to realise their potential. I am patient, caring and non-judgemental, and have a knack for quickly establishing rapport with others. In addition to my mentoring experience, I am also experienced in working remotely. I am highly organised and self-motivated, and am comfortable working independently. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and am confident using a range of digital technologies.
