Engage with National Center for Systems of Services for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs at the national level by having conversations and attend trainings on this topic and stay involved with the evolution of the Blueprint. Identify gaps and potential priorities for Maine. Conduct outreach to raise awareness and engagement; seek input
feedback and commitment on innovative strategies. Submit final systems asset and gap analysis and recommended innovative strategies to the Department. A bachelor’s degree in public health or Health Sciences

or Education and three (3) years’ experience in health program planning

and evaluation or the equivalent of a seven (7) year combination of education
training
and experience is required. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to communicate extremely well verbally and in writing - prepare written and oral reports and presentations that communicate necessary information to internal and external partners. Ability to work independently and as a part of a project team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
