Al futtaim- Overview of the role: • The primary focus of the role will be responsible for supporting the execution of offline brand activations, on-ground events, and showroom experiences to enhance customer engagement and brand perception. This role ensures seamless implementation of experiential marketing initiatives across key physical touchpoints, including showrooms, retail environments, sponsorship events, and activations. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver immersive, high-quality brand interactions that align with business objectives and customer expectations. What you will do: • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and sponsorships. • Coordinate showroom experience enhancements, including layout, branding, and customer engagement elements. • Assist in managing vendor relationships for event logistics, branding materials, and experiential setup. • Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints, including signage, merchandising, and in-store displays. • Facilitate customer engagement initiatives such as test drives, product demonstrations, and interactive experiences. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline activations and events through customer insights and performance report. Required Skills to be successful: 1.- Project coordination and event planning skills 2.- Knowledge of customer experience journey mapping and experiential marketing tactics 3.- Ability to analyze customer feedback and generate performance reports 4.- Exposure to working with external agencies, vendors, and partners for event execution About the Team: • Reporting to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders What equips you for the role: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 to 4 years of experience in brand experience, event coordination, or retail marketing, ideally within the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. • Hands-on experience in event planning, showroom activations, and customer engagement initiatives. • Understanding of customer experience management and offline brand touchpoints. • Exposure to working with external agencies, vendors, and partners for event execution. • Proficiency in managing branding elements across showroom and event environments. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
