potentially for deployments of three months or more. Coordinate CARE’s global response across our confederation and ensure consistent
timely communications with internal and external stakeholders. Strengthen Program Quality Provide strategic vision for humanitarian programming across CARE’s Country Presences (CP). Drive implementation of core CARE commitments on women and girls' empowerment

and reaching 10% of affected populations. Facilitate technical linkages and mobilize expertise from across the CARE network. Advance Preparedness & Capacity Building Support CPs in emergency preparedness planning and minimum preparedness actions. Develop regional humanitarian capacity including rosters

and training for national and regional staff. Promote Advocacy & Information Flow Represent CARE in regional forums and humanitarian coordination bodies. Keep CARE Members and partners informed of emerging humanitarian issues and response strategies. Work closely with advocacy
