Working to targets & deep attention to detail managing benefits’ database updating the suppliers face to face and via Video meetings. Self – motivated, and able to work under pressure, able to multitask daily, working in results-oriented environment holding a strong passion and spirit towards Human Resources and HR Operations. Consistently improving and suggesting changes within the operations structure to ease the admin process. Fully IT literate in Microsoft Office Package, deep knowledge in GSuite and HRIS. Smartrecruiters and Workday savvy (HR Ops), SNOW experienced, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keeping data up to date concerning the hiring processes. Recording of applicants’ CV’s, motivation letters and any sort of personal information stored and removed within the legal timeframes.
