Furthermore, I obtained my nursing diploma in NS, where I have also gained valuable experience working in LTC and at the Sydney General Hospital for five years. Although I am currently based in PEI, I am more than willing to obtain my license for NS again, as well as for NB, to be able to fully support the learning and development needs of the employees at MacLeod Cares. My flexibility and willingness to adapt to new environments have been demonstrated throughout my career, and I am confident that I can seamlessly transition into this role. In my previous positions, I have successfully designed and implemented training programs, coordinated educational events, and facilitated workshops and seminars. I am well-versed in various instructional methods, including e-learning, simulations, and hands-on training, and I am always eager to learn and incorporate new techniques to enhance the learning experience. My strong communication and interpersonal skills have also allowed me to effectively engage with employees at all levels and create a positive learning environment.
