With a Master’s degree in Educational Pathway and over three years of experience working in a collaborative collegiate environment, I have honed my skills in student development, career counseling, and teaching. I am passionate about fostering an inclusive work environment and I am committed to supporting the success of all students. What caught my attention about this particular position at Lycoming College is the emphasis on cultural competency and theoretical framework in career development. This aligns perfectly with my own values and experience, and I am eager to bring my knowledge and skills to this role. I am also drawn to the opportunity to work closely with faculty and academic departments to embed professional development assignments and activities into the curriculum.
