Furthermore, I have extensive experience working and partnering with local institutions in complex and challenging contexts. I have also worked in rapid response mechanisms and crisis modifiers, which have honed my skills in adapting to changing and unpredictable situations. My strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have allowed me to effectively build and maintain relationships with host governments, donor agencies, and local organizations. Moreover, I have a deep understanding of the political, social, and economic contexts in West Africa, with specific knowledge of Sierra Leone and Togo. I am familiar with the local cultures and have a strong network of contacts in these countries, which I believe will be an asset in effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this role. As a full-time role, I am ready to commit my skills and experience to the success of the BHA West Africa ER4 Activity. My preferred location for this position is Freetown, Sierra Leone, given my previous experience and familiarity with the country. However, I am open to discussing other options as well.
