Dear Hiring Manager,
First of all, let me just say that I’m not here to beg for a job. I mean, come on, I’m Kevin Quinn, the one and only (well, maybe not the only one, but you get the point). I’m a Customer Success Manager extraordinaire, and I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of me. My reputation definitely precedes me.
So, why am I applying for a position at Local Measure, you ask? Well, for starters, I have a serious case of FOMO (fear of missing out). I’ve heard so much about your company and the amazing work culture you have, and I don’t want to miss out on that. Plus, I’m just really good at what I do, and I know I can bring a lot to the table.
Let’s talk about the position of Customer Success Manager. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “Oh great, another boring cover letter.” Well, buckle up, my friend, because this is going to be anything but boring. I could tell you about my experience in customer service, my excellent communication skills, and my ability to build strong relationships with clients. Blah, blah, blah. But let’s be real, you’ve probably read hundreds of cover letters with the same old clichés. So, instead, let me tell you what I really like about this position at Local Measure.
First of all, I’m a people person. I love talking to people, getting to know them, and helping them. And as a Customer Success Manager, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. I’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring that they have the best experience possible with our company. And let me tell you, I take that responsibility very seriously. But don’t worry, I’ll also bring my sense of humor and charm to the table, because let’s face it, who wants a boring Customer Success Manager? Not your clients, that’s for sure.
Now, let’s talk about the skills you’re looking for. SharePoint, Admin Station, Maestro Scheduling Systems, Tivoli, Unix, Linux, Incident Monitor, BMC Remedy Ticketing Systems…I could go on, but you get the picture. I’m basically a walking encyclopedia when it comes to these systems. I’ve used them all, and I’m not afraid to admit that I’m pretty darn good at it. And let’s not forget about my skills in ESP Work Load Job Monitoring, Clarity Time Tracking, Zendesk, JIRA, Basecamp, Salesforce, Google Apps, Dropbox, Box.net, Screencast.com, WebEx, Nextiva VoIP systems, Acti-Health Activ-ity Tracker, Trello Workflow and Project Tracker, Send Word Now (Global Messaging Notification System), JCI Building Automation Systems, Siemens Building Automation Systems, VMware vSphere, Azure, AWS, and Hy-per-V. Phew, that was a mouthful. But that’s not all, I’m also a quick learner and I’m always up for a challenge. So, if there’s a system I haven’t used before, you can bet I’ll have it mastered in no time.
Now, let’s get real here. I know you’re probably thinking, “This guy is too good to be true.” But I can assure you, I’m the real deal. I’m not just saying that because I’m trying to impress you (although, that’s definitely a bonus), but because I genuinely believe in my abilities and what I can bring to the table. I’m a hard worker, a team player, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty.
I also want to mention that I’m a huge fan of Local Measure’s mission and values. The fact that you put your clients first and strive to create the best possible experience for them is something that really resonates with me. And let’s not forget about your company culture. I’ve heard nothing but great things from current and former employees, and I have to say, I’m really excited about the possibility of joining such a fun and dynamic team.
I hope I’ve convinced you that I’m the perfect fit for this position. I’m confident that I have the skills, experience, and personality to excel as a Customer Success Manager at Local Measure. I’d love the opportunity to further discuss my qualifications with you and learn more about the company.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Kevin Quinn
