These experiences have not only strengthened my understanding of the challenges faced by the Black community but have also honed my interpersonal and leadership skills. I believe these skills will be beneficial in collaborating with community organizations and individuals for this literature review.
In addition, I am proficient in various research tools such as SPSS, NVivo, and EndNote, which will help me efficiently analyze and organize the data for this project. I am also fluent in English, Amharic, and Tigrinya, which will be an asset in conducting research within the diverse Black community in Vancouver.
Furthermore, I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. I am confident that my strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will enable me to meet the expectations and deadlines for this project.
